KOL Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage communications and build relationships with Social Media Influencers and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns
• Contacting, dealing, arranging deliveries & reminding on each influencers to execute the campaign
• Ensure the contract terms & conditions related (paperwork files)
• Analyze & monitor Social Media Influencers performance.
• Understand community standards and market trends.
• Provide accurate timing estimates on work.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Have experience as a Customer service, Social Media Influencers Management or related fields are welcome to apply
• Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents or mega influencers
• Good communication, persuasive and strong negotiation skills.
• Responsive, quick thinker and doer, and have patience in dealing with other parties
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good collaborative working relationships
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Applicants must be willing to work on shifting system
• Proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication within the team.
