🎯 Job Description
• Spot and translate social media trends — monitor TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook for viral formats, trending sounds, and beauty content patterns; turn them into KOL content ideas.
• Write platform-native scripts for short-form videos and photo posts — from hook to CTA, tailored to each platform's algorithm and audience.
• Brief KOLs on content direction — deliver clear, inspiring creative briefs that balance brand messaging with creator freedom.
• Review KOL content pre-publishing — ensure product claims are accurate and output meets brand standards.
• Partner with the KOL Booking team to match creators with content formats based on their strengths and audience fit.
• Track content performance — analyze views, engagement, CTR, and conversion per post; use data to refine future scripts and strategy.
• Build a beauty content playbook — document proven hooks, script formulas, and high-performing structures for the skincare category.
✅ Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or KOL marketing within beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
• Strong scriptwriting skills — able to write engaging, platform-native scripts independently; portfolio of past work highly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content ecosystems — you know what makes a video go viral and can reverse-engineer why.
• Sharp eye for beauty content — understands skincare storytelling, before/after formats, and tutorial structures.
• Creative, trend-sensitive, and fast — able to turn a trending topic into a script within 24 hours.
• English as a working language; native Vietnamese; Chinese is a plus.
