Job description for KOL/KOC Booking Intern at Networld Asia

Working Location: Networld Asia Building No. 369 B-C Le Quang Dinh, Ward 5, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
Position Type: 6-month Internship
Working Time: 8.30AM – 6.00PM (Mon – Fri) - full-time working at office requested
Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month
Official Employee Offer after this Internship if your performance is qualified.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research & find potential KOL/KOC list following Account Team's request.
Communicate & maintain contact with KOL/KOC/Influencer.
Support the team in negotiating rates, payment terms, and collaboration scope with KOL/KOC/Influencers.
Assist in preparing campaign documents, including contracts, booking forms, acceptance records, and related paperwork.
Support the team in tracking deliverables, acceptance processes, and payment progress with KOL/KOC/Influencers.
Catch-up with viral trends on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,... & KOL/KOC/Influencer.
Follow KOL/KOC works and report to internal team.
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Be able to work full-time as Company's official working time.
Proficient in English communication & Excel practice (pivot table).
Good negotiation skills.
Proactive, responsible & dynamic at work.
Attention to detail (to follow contracts, payment, related documents...)
Data research & logical thinking.
