KOL Booking Specialist

Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) – one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented KOL Booking Specialist. This role focuses on managing pricing negotiations with KOLs, supporting vendor-related tasks, and executing quotations, contracts, and payment processes. Additionally, you will coordinate purchasing activities for Social initiatives, including KOL/KOC collaborations, Group Bookings, and Seeding campaigns.

• Working location: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research and select KOLs, KOCs, and social influencers that align with client profiles, brand values, and campaign objectives.
• Conduct pricing checks to identify market-appropriate rates and negotiate optimal terms with KOLs, KOCs, and social vendors (e.g., group admins, and seeding providers).
• Coordinate and manage Group Booking campaigns, including engaging with group admins and optimizing campaign delivery based on audience engagement.
• Oversee Seeding activities across social media platforms to ensure effective content distribution and interaction.
• Support the execution of agreements with KOLs, KOCs, and vendors; handle processes such as quotations, contracts, and payments with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with trading, finance, and accounting teams to manage payment schedules and ensure smooth execution of financial processes.
• Maintain and expand a database of KOLs, KOCs, group admins, and seeding partners, categorized by industry, audience demographics, and past collaborations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging KOLs/KOCs, and changes in social platform algorithms to propose effective strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to integrate KOL/KOC activities, Group Bookings, and Seeding into broader campaign strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in KOL or influencer booking within an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Strong skills in negotiation and contract management, with a demonstrated track record of successful deal-making.
• Experience in handling paperwork and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional management skills, including overseeing multiple projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
