Job Description:
Communicate with industry professionals/influencers
Create a road map for KOL development and management which includes categorization and segmentation of current KOL's in addition to developing criteria and systematic process for identifying, evaluating and approving new KOL partnerships
Partner with Marketing Team to develop appropriate database management tools to metric KOL's dependent upon business goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive metrics plan including: KOL interactions, development, and activities
Manage current KOL platform contracting (speaking/consulting), compliance, program scheduling.
Able to identify client target audience preference as on brief & build content ideation
Make campaign for parnership
Doing partnership
Handle Community
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably in Advertising)
Having at least 1 or 2 years experience as a KOL Management & Communita Officer
Familiar with digital campaign
Have broad network
Passionate on Beauty or Fashion Trends is a big plus
Good English in oral and written (preferred)
Able to identify target audience preferences and build content
