Job description
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Arranged full-scale planning; from yearly plan, monthly programs, monthly forecast and budgeting for both Online and Offline Modern Trade accounts.
- Concepting and oversaw the execution for both Online and Offline Modern Trade marketing strategies.
- Dealing and build a good relationship with all Modern Trade and Online channel from buyers to relationship account manager.
- To arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each account annually.
- To have regular visit to Modern Trade channel to check product availability, planograms, program promotions, as well as to make sure that the product distribution to every Modern Trade account are going well.
- To monitor, analyse and prepare a sales report of Modern Trade and Online channel achievement in regular basis.
- To have an effective promotions program plan and an excellent execution with good team work.
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old, Bachelor’s Degree any major (Business Marketing / Communications are preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in Modern Trade Market / E-Commerce / Key Account Management;
- Passionate, have a good understanding and proven experience with Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin & Body Care) products;
- Have an outstanding negotiation, communication & problem-solving skill.
- Multi-tasker, creative, strong, fast learner, self-driven, enthusiastic personality; and able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Have a track record of achieving and exceeding targets;
- Excellent in communication, presentation, and networking skills;
- Target-oriented and results-driven;
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Presentation)
