Job description for Key Account Manager at Fazz
- Serve as primary interface with partners to answer questions, resolve issues and provide information.
- Closely monitor regional account performances and operational excellence in daily basis.
- Maintain and improve business fundamentals to maximize growth and account sustainability.
- Conduct quarterly business review and lead acquisitions for nationwide expansion.
- Lead a team of account executives to execute ongoing initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university (any major), min. GPA 3.20.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management and/or sales, high familiarity with field operations.
- Impressive track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively pitch, present and communicate both externally and internally.
- Experience in consumer goods/retail industry and data analysis/project management area will be a great advantage.
- Result driven, fast-pace, high initiative skills while able to work under pressure and ambiguous situation.
