- Collaborate with Sales team (RSM/ASM) to achieve goal together.

• Set up sales plan to achieve sales volume target by brands by categories.

• Manage budget investment of effectiveness & efficiency.

• Build sales strategies to penetrate target customers.

• Develop business size & effectiveness.

• Negotiate with customer’s Trading Terms & Conditions (TT & C) to get Win-Win biz perception.

• Prepare products assortment to maximize business opportunities.

• Create visibility innovation to win shelf of share by product segmentation.

• Propose consumer promotion to enhance sales & win competitiveness.

• Build sales plan by customer & channel (Mom & Baby Chains - GT Channel).

• Collaborate with Sales team (RSM/ASM) by regions to develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans.

• Product Management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing).

• Development and retention of the distribution network timely and professionally.

At least 2 years of experience at the same level in Modern Trade, specifically with Mom & Baby chains.
