Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for lead generation & acquisition of high-value sellers to join and start selling on TikTok Shop
- Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for TikTokShop
- Manage relationships with sellers after acquisition, including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers.
- Manage mid- and long-tail sellers by leveraging scalable incubation, management programs, and tools adoption to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Maintain high service quality provided by sellers on the platform to enhance the shopping experience for buyers by ensuring good operation standards that drive higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned by the leader or manager
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
- Strong problem solving, presentation & communication skills
- Data-savvy; able to present & explain insights to stakeholders
- Strong connections with brands and sellers, experience in acquiring merchants is an advantage
- Proficient in computer skills ( Excel, PowerPoint...)
- Proficient in English and the Vietnamese language.
- Proficient in Chinese is big plus.
