Job description for Kế Toán Doanh nghiệp at TRUM.

🎯 MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Kế toán nội bộ (70%)

Nhập liệu hóa đơn đầu vào/đầu ra (Agency + Wine Bar + Khách sạn)

Đối soát doanh thu hàng ngày (iPOS / booking / tiền mặt / chuyển khoản)

Theo dõi công nợ khách hàng & nhà cung cấp

Kiểm tra chứng từ, sắp xếp hồ sơ kế toán

Hỗ trợ làm báo cáo nội bộ theo tuần/tháng

Làm việc với kế toán trưởng để chuẩn hóa số liệu

2. Vận hành & Admin (20%)

Quản lý file hợp đồng, hồ sơ công ty

Làm việc với nhà cung cấp (in ấn, văn phòng phẩm, dịch vụ)

3. HR cơ bản (10%)

QC Hỗ trợ chấm công khi quản lý gửi lên, tổng hợp data lương

Lọc CV, sắp lịch phỏng vấn

Cập nhật hồ sơ nhân sự

🎯 YÊU CẦU

1–2 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán nội bộ / admin kế toán

Biết Excel / Google Sheets (bắt buộc)

Có tư duy logic, thích làm việc với số

Cẩn thận, chịu việc, không ngại task lặp lại

Ưu tiên đã làm 1 trong 3 mô hình F&B / agency / retail
