Job description for Junior Strategic Planner at TBWA\Group Vietnam
TBWA Planning Team is on the lookout for a curious, coachable, and courageous mind to join our crew. You’ll dive into the ever-evolving world of social-first marketing, help decode culture, and craft strategies that shift perspectives — not just follow trends, but set them.
Specifically, your day-to-day responsibilities shall include:
- Research and Trend Spotting: Dive deep into consumer behavior, social media analytics, platform updates and market trends to uncover actionable insights.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align with clients' business goals and brand identity.
- Creative and Content Facilitation: Act as a facilitator for the creative team by providing strategic insights and direction. Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate fresh and disruptive ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients & cross-functional teams to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Provide strategic recommendations and present campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Internship/trainee at an agency is a plus
- Sharp thinking and strong attention to detail
- Ability to turn data into insight
- Confidence in communication (English & Vietnamese)
- Deep love (and understanding) for social media & culture
