Develop and maintain strong rapport with existing and new merchants: Develop relationships with loyal clients:
Constantly refine merchant processes to help them get the best return
Design marketing campaigns for your merchants to help them maximize their value
Be empathetic, patient, and have a genuine interest in empowering and supporting others: Ensure clients’ demands to be satisfied
Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and social intelligence, especially while meeting the business owners
Be a hyper-organized self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Be flexible and excited about adapting to new situations, responsibilities, and an ever-changing startup environment
