Job description for Junior Marketing Executive at ODM Group
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our in-house marketing team.
In this role, you will support both the Sales and Marketing teams by helping with research, organising information, and assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks. Your work will help ensure the team has clear, well-prepared information to support business activities.
This is a hands-on junior position for individuals eager to learn, gain practical experience, and grow in a B2B marketing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & List Building
- Support the research and building of targeted B2B lead lists
- Assist in collecting and organizing company and contact information
- Use tools such as Apollo (training provided) to support lead research and outreach preparation
- Ensure lead data is accurate, structured, and easy for sales to approach
2. SEO Content & On-Page
- Create English B2B content
- Execute basic on-page SEO tasks (titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal links, image alt text)
- Update existing content based on instructions and feedback
- Follow content plans and SEO guidelines
3. Reporting & Process
- Support weekly reporting by collecting and organizing basic marketing metrics into standard report templates
- Assist with channel monitoring by checking performance and activity, and promptly reporting unusual results or urgent issues to the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in B2B Marketing.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Detail-oriented with basic analytical thinking
- Good time-management and task-management skills
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
- Basic understanding of marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio)
