We are looking for a motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our growing engineering team. This is an opportunity for candidates who want to develop their career in software testing while gaining hands-on experience in international projects, API testing, SQL, and enterprise systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn the system, analyze descriptive documents about the system, and design test cases.
- Write and execute manual test cases, API test scripts (Postman/SoapUI), and review test cases prepared by other team members.
- Perform manual testing, run and analyze automation test results, and execute API testing.
- Log bugs, evaluate severity, track bug status, and report progress to the team leader.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure quality standards are met.
- Proactively report critical/blocking issues to leaders.
- Support team leaders in work management and project progress when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing.
- Background in Business, Economic and Finance is a plus.
- Good English communication skills
- Experience testing APIs using Postman or SoapUI.
- Proficiency in SQL queries.
- Good understanding of software testing processes and Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Strong analytical and questioning skills; ability to understand and challenge requirements.
- Problem-solving and independent working skills.
- Strong teamwork and willingness to learn new skills when guided.
