AnSign (HK) provides secure and compliant e-signature, digital contract, and office solutions for businesses. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in the electronic signature industry, we are now expanding our partner ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a Business Representative to lead the development of our local partner network in Vietnam and serve as the main point of contact between AnSign (HK) headquarters and the Vietnamese market.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential sales agents, distributors, and technical service providers in Vietnam.
- Conduct initial outreach, follow up with potential partners, and arrange business meetings.
- Support partner onboarding, product introductions, training, and local market activities.
- Coordinate communication between Vietnamese partners and Ansign (HK) headquarters.
- Maintain partner information and collect local market feedback.
Requirements
- Vietnamese proficiency for business communication — required.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency for daily communication with headquarters — required.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or customer relations.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and learning abilities may apply.
- Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is a plus.
