COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Our remuneration is significantly above the market average for accounting roles in HCMC — including an ongoing monthly productivity bonus of up to 60% of base salary, semi-annual and annual bonuses, and an end-of-tax-year bonus.
• Training allowance during onboarding; competitive salary on signing your labour contract

• Standard 5-day work week (Monday–Friday); paid overtime available.
• Company trips twice a year, including one overseas destination (e.g. Korea, Thailand, China).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field — 2024 graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English — all client work is conducted in English.
• High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to the accounting profession.
• Analytical, logical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to manage deadlines.
