Job Description :
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
- Designing new computer systems and frameworks
- Troubleshooting technical issuesRisk mitigation planning
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Project/Product Manager and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Job Requirements :
- At least 5 years experience as System Analyst or equivalent experience
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skillsProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
- Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languagesExcellent analytical skills
- Critical thinking abilityStong problem-solving capacityHigh-level written and verbal communication skillsProject management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
