Collaborating with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Project/Product Manager and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Job Requirements :
At least 5 years experience as System Analyst or equivalent experience
Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skillsProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languagesExcellent analytical skills
Critical thinking abilityStong problem-solving capacityHigh-level written and verbal communication skillsProject management skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
