1. Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks

4. Solving technical and applications problems, either in a person, over the phone, or remote network

7. Handling email services for users and official emails
Requirements:
1. Minimal 2 years experience in IT Support or IT Administrator
2. Familiar with an operating system (Windows and MAC OS)
3. Familiar with MS-Office, Active Directory, Windows applications, as well as Google Workspace
4. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software
5. Familiar with mailing services and CMS panel
6. Familiar with remote activities by networking
