Job description for IT Support Specialist at Synpulse Management Consulting
- At least a Diploma in Information Technology or any other related field
- Actual Microsoft (cloud) certifications a huge plus
- Proven experience as a help desk technician (2+ years)
- Technical familiarity with the following products and technologies are a must: Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating System Microsoft Office Professional Suite (Office 365 Click-to-run) Basic networking (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers)
- Technical familiarity with the following products and technologies will be an advantage:Microsoft Office 365 applications and services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) Microsoft Azure AD and other Azure applications and services Microsoft PowerShell
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Collaborative and takes initiative; self-motivated and driven; inquisitive self-learner
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
