Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools.
- Analyze network traffic, logs, and alerts to identify potential security incidents.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threats.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments on incident response and prevention.
- Document and escalate incidents according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in threat hunting and analysis activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest cyber threats, trends, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in cybersecurity operations, preferably in a SOC environment.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms
- Understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
