Job description for IT Project Manager at The Skubbs Station
- Managing day-to-day operations such as communicate with stakeholders, update of project status and change, identify and manage risks ensuring project scope, quality, budget and schedule are met.
- Manage the project, stakeholders and risks to ensure that project meets the agreed scope, quality, budget and schedule.
- Track delivery of project targets, cost and time during development, post-development, where desired outcomes and benefits of the project is delivered.
- Manage collaboration and efficiency across the various project teams, tracks and work streams including external stakeholders.
- Support regular reporting to management and key stakeholders on the progress; highlighting risks and propose mitigation actions and follow-up. This includes working closely with project vendor to facilitate and manage respective meeting platforms.
- Willing to work on site in Batam
- Fluent in English
- Having good knowledge and experience on managing IT solutions, hardware /software.
- At least 2 years experience as PM for IT related projects.
- Proven working experience in project management and vendor management.
- Good working knowledge of technology concepts like software development, cloud computing.
- Good project management experience in terms of maintaining & tracking plans, risk, issues, assumptions and dependencies both internal and external parties/stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering digital solutions across multiple domains in public or private industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members, management and explain technical issues.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Project Management professional (PMP) / Scrum master certification is a plus.
