Job description for IT Project Manager at PT Dikstra Cipta Solusi

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Merencanakan, mengelola, dan memantau pelaksanaan proyek keamanan TI (misalnya: DLP, SIEM, PAM, SOC, IAM).

• Menyusun timeline, anggaran, dan sumber daya proyek.

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan vendor eksternal.

• Memastikan semua proyek berjalan sesuai dengan kebijakan keamanan dan standar industri (ISO 27001, NIST, dll).

• Mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko proyek.

• Menyusun laporan kemajuan proyek ke manajemen.

• Melakukan evaluasi pasca-implementasi dan dokumentasi lengkap.

Kualifikasi Teknis:

• S1 Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Proyek, atau sejenisnya.

• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di proyek TI, khususnya di bidang keamanan informasi.

• Paham solusi keamanan TI dan framework seperti ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT.

• Memiliki sertifikasi (nilai tambah): PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, CISSP, atau setara.

• Pengalaman dalam koordinasi lintas tim dan manajemen vendor.

• Dapat manage tim

• Dapat bekerja dalam tim

• Dapat berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris secara baik
