Job description for IT Product Manager at DayOne Technologies
Position Objective
Participate in managing and coordinating software development projects for international clients, ensuring timelines, quality, and effective communication between clients and the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, track timelines, and manage project deliverables
- Monitor progress, follow up on tasks, and resolve issues with the development team
- Provide regular project status reports to clients or internal stakeholders
- Communicate directly with clients in English (via chat, calls, meetings)
- Clarify requirements, confirm scope, and manage client expectations
- Facilitate meetings such as daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, sprint planning, and reviews
- Gather and clarify requirements from clients
- Prepare documentation such as User Stories, SRS, basic flows, and wireframes
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements
- Ensure the team follows defined processes (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
- Identify risks and proactively propose solutions
- Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet requirements before handover
Requirements
Mandatory:
- At least 1 year of experience in one of the following roles: Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or Business Analyst
- Good English communication skills, able to work directly with clients
- Strong logical thinking, organizational, and task management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and accountable
Preferred:
- Background in Business Analysis (documentation, requirement clarification)
- Experience working in an outsourcing environment or with international clients
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of web or mobile development
