The Product Manager is responsible for product planning. This includes sets the strategy, roadmap, timeline, feature definition for products, guides the success of the product line, and leads the cross-functional team responsible for improving it.
This role will also be leading cross-functional teams to craft and implement various product development initiatives, most notably between developers, marketing, sales, and support teams.
Job Descriptions
1. Responsible to define strategy and roadmap for the product that we are developing
2. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand and streamlining business requirements and success metrics for the product development
3. Leading initiatives to scale up the current product with proper documentation and proposal
4. Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insight and experimentation to make a decision development
5. Define product solutions based on a strong understanding of both end user’s and internal user’s needs
6. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Job Requirements:
1. Have at least 3 years experience in product management
2. IT educational background would be preferable
3. Strong knowledge of analytics and partnerships
4. Possess deep product expertise needed to lead the team and make strategic product decision;
5. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT product development
6. Initiator and self starter and possess good communication skills
7. Have a strong sense of responsibility
8. Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Macintosh, Trello, Baserow, Slack6
10. Having strong English speaking and writing skills.
11. Willing to work in Yogyakarta
