Job Description :
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support user account setup, email configuration, and system access management.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support data backup and recovery processes.
- Help document IT procedures, user guides, and technical documentation.
Qualification :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) is an advantage.
- Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Available for an internship period of at least 3 months.
