Job description for IT Infrastructure Engineer at TeleAce (S) Pte Ltd
Infrastructure Engineer Aspire to be in the area of IT Security and Hybrid Cloud Computing.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Servers (Exchange & AD), Linux, VMware/HyperV, Firewall, Network Enterprise Wireless and enable to implements deployment and administration - Primary Role
- Basic Knowledge on Azure Platform, technical skills in the area of Cloud Computing and Network Security fundamental.
- Web Servers, Linux's Basic
- Familiar with network multiple layer of network communication protocols, routing and switching protocols
- Basic Knowledge of Ethernet, WAN, wireless and optical transmissions
- Familiar with Fortinet & cPanel
Responsibilities:-
- Able To Work In A Systems Integrator Environment
- Perform project documentation
- Support Operation by attending to Fault call
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Independent
- Self-Motivated
- Strong Communication Skill
- Responsive on the expectation and needs of customer within the Job requirements
- Travel Within Singapore
