IT INFRA & NETWORKING
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure design for public/private cloud environments (hosts, storage, and switching/routing/firewall)
- Understanding client’s requirements and project KPI’s
- Planning & Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure, not limited to creating and documenting software testing script
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
- Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
- Evaluate existing applications and platforms, also give recommendations for enhancing performance via gap analysis, identifying the most practical alternative solutions and assisting with modifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of science in Information Technology
- Have minimum 1 years of working experience in the same field
- DevOps experience with Automation (Ansible, Puppet, Saltstack) or Container Platforms and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Racher, etc)
- Experienced with public cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure)
- An understanding of VMware NSX and software-define networking
- Experience with software defined storage platforms
- Experience with technologies such as Windows and Linux server management, IDS, IPS, encryption and identity management
- Preferably having Industry certifications from VMware, Juniper, Microsoft, etc. (such as the JNCIA, VCP, MCSE)
- Required skills in Cisco CCNA, or other network/security certification, Juniper OS and Dell Compellent SC and Dell Equal logic PS Series SAN platforms
- Familiar and able to configure network devices such us router, switch, access point, firewall (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc)
- Experienced with network administration, including a strong understanding of internet/IP-related technologies, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong troubleshooting ability
