Job description for IT Helpdesk at Cahaya Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and diagnose hardware and software issues.
2. Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of company network systems.
3. Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and device servicing.
4. Record and document issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Ensure protection against virus and malware threats.
6. Ensure the availability and reliability of IT.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. At least 2 years of work experience in an IT Helpdesk role.
3. Huge point plus if you have experince as IT Infrastructure
4. Experience using Windows and Linux operating systems.
5. Ability to understand networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
6. Good understanding of router and access point configuration.
7. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles.
8. Understanding of MikroTik is a plus.
9. Experience with task management software.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
11. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
12. Willingness to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
