Job description for IT Helpdesk at Feedloop
- To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient and professional quality service to resolve problems and to delight.
- Be available to take calls.
- Polite and professional service.
- Prompt response to queries via social media / email / phone.
- Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems.
- Provide 1st level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Receive and answer all User IT Service Request calls (including trouble calls, install, move, add and change requests, and requests for general technology assistance)
- Help to administrate and escalate incoming or outgoing issues
- Diploma or bachelor degree in computer sciences, information technology, communication or other related disciplines
- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Relevant work experience would be a major plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- High-potential fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome
