MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- End user support & troubleshooting regarding computing, networking, hardware, software.
- Operation/Administration IT systems included: LAN, Server, CCTV, and VoIP Network.
- Manage and support other office equipment included: Printer, Projector, Conference & IP Phone.
- Comply, support and install software and OS, assigning computers to end users.
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên & xử lý các lỗi liên quan đến mạng máy tính, mạng nội bộ, phần cứng, phần mềm.
- Tham gia vận hành/quản trị hệ thống IT bao gồm: mạng nội bộ, server, CCTV, VoIP network.
- Quản lý và hỗ trợ các thiết bị văn phòng khác bao gồm: Máy in, Máy chiếu, thiết bị hội nghị, điện thoại IP.
- Tuân thủ, hỗ trợ và cài đặt phần mềm và hệ điều hành, bàn giao máy tính cho nhân viên.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- College or Graduated University in Computing.
- Experience: <= 1 year in a similar position.
- Basic English communication skill.
- Good knowledge of computing hardware, server, LAN/WAN (CCNA certificate is a plus).
- Experienced in installing software, Windows OS, Window Server, Linux OS environment (MCSA or LPI cert is a plus) and office equipment troubleshooting...
- Knowledge or experience about the VoIP platform is a plus.
- Be careful, work hard under pressure, be enthusiastic, self-learning, proactive and share knowledge/experience..
- Cao Đẳng hoặc Đại Học chuyên ngành về Máy tính.
- Kinh nghiệm tương đương 1 năm.
- Tiếng Anh cơ bản, giao tiếp.
- Có kiến thức tốt về phần cứng máy tính, máy chủ server, mạng LAN/WAN (có chứng chỉ CCNA là 1 lợi thế).
- Có kinh nghiệm về cài đặt phần mềm, hệ điều hành Window, Window Server, hệ điều hành Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) (có chứng chỉ MCSA hoặc LPI là 1 lợi thế) và xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến thiết bị văn phòng.
- Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm về nền tảng VoIP là 1 lợi thế.
- Làm việc cẩn thận, nhiệt tình, chăm chỉ chịu được áp lực, tự học, và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, kiến thức.
