KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand project background, objectives, and business requirements to ensure effective
communication and alignment
• Interpret and facilitate communication in meetings between the internal team and Japanese
team (via online meetings, chat, etc.)
• Communicate directly with Japanese team to clarify requirements and provide regular project
progress updates
• Act as a bridge between the internal project team and the Japanese stakeholders
• Receive, manage, and clarify requirements and documentation from the Japanese side
• Translate project-related documents (Japanese ↔ Vietnamese) accurately and clearly
• Update Japanese stakeholders on progress and coordinating communication
• Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes in both Japanese and Vietnamese when
required
• Provide interpretation/translation support for the Director when needed
• Assist the Back Office team with related administrative or communication tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
• Japanese proficiency at intermediate level (~JLPT N2) or higher
• Approximately 1-2 years of experience as a Comtor
• English proficiency is a plus
• Basic understanding of software development processes or experience working in IT projects
• Strong communication, interpretation, and translation skills
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
