Main Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of business strategies
Serve as a point of contact and help handle customers' individual needs
Assist in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
Support conflict resolution and provide solutions to customers on time
Learn to set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Assist in developing positive relationships with clients
Work with the marketing and sales teams to meet the sales conversion rate KPI
Job requirements:
2+ Experience in IT Outsourcing industry or Software Development
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a relevant field
Professional communication skills in English: written, verbal, and presentation
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good analytical thinking
Good time management skills
An ability to deliver and answer inquiries on time
Knowledge or experience in digital marketing is a plus
