Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Having experiences 3 years in Business Analyst is required
- Required skill(s): SDLC, Analytical, Insurance
- Have experience in Banking/Insurance Industry
- Have experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Postgresql, mysql
- Have a risk management certification with the level of applicable regulations
- Have background knowledge about risk management or data management
- Good Communication and Attractive Personality
- Good English proficiency, especially in writing
Job Descriptions:
- Handle user requests by collecting detailed user requirements, analyze the requirement, and can give proposed solutions
- Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers
- Produce Functional Specification & UAT plan, prepare case tests and assist in user training and deployment preparation for the end users
- Define application problem conferring with clients; evaluation procedures, and processes. Provide necessary troubleshooting and production supports when a breakdown occurs, and to immediately remedy the system when flaws are encountered
- Ensure operation by training client personnel
