For IT Bootcamp
You will be trained and coached to become Developer. You will be equipped technical and soft skill trainings to prepare you to become a professional in your area of expertise. This program will help you to grow professionally and personally
- Minimum bachelor degree of System Information, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Age maximum 25 years old
- Preferable stay at Jabodetabek area
- Preferable hard skills:
Have knowledge of JavaScript and C#
Have knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solution and Microsoft Dynamic 365
Have knowledge of HTML5 and ASP.NET
Have knowledge of SQL databases
Soft Skills:
• Communications
Developer needs to be able to explain technical best practices in simply and clearly way and make sure the user agrees with the solution.
• Attention to detail
Developer needs to be very precise with details and the way customization is built, as it might influence the end price and functionality of the product (features and number of licenses they need).
• Good writing
Developer need to produce documents in precision, clarity, sticking to the point, and reports regarding a solution, such as user guides, internal policies (SDLC documents), or bug reports.
• Flexibility
MS Dynamics products are quite flexible, and developer needs to be ready to learn, adopt new working methods, and be ready for a sudden change.
• Prioritization
Able to prioritize tasks in the most logical and agile manner to prevent delay caused by the need to go back and fix previous issues.
• Eager to learn new things, adaptable and opn for changes
• Willing to collaborate and work as a team
