Job description for Internship - Project Administrator & Support at Sekawan Media

Qualification:

Students or graduates of SMK / D3 / S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related majors.
Familiar with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or similar.
Have an understanding of SCRUM.
Able to create project requirement documents
Placement in Malang with a hybrid work setup (WFO & WFH) for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for testing applications to ensure they run smoothly and meet requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to application testing.
Develop user manuals or application guides for end-users.
Prepare supporting documents required for project activities.
Communicate with clients to provide guidance and support on how to use the application.
Create support tickets for any issues that need to be resolved by the development team.
