- Planning and implementing the business activities of the export channel
- Develop the target foreign market and seek relationship with potential customers in region in charge.
- Coordinate with other departments, factory to resolve the requirements of customers.
- Responsible for negotiating and signing contracts with international customers
- Maintain good relations with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority.
- Develop customers according to the company’s orientation, long-term strategy and short-term goals.
- Conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the potential business opportunities
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve the sales target
- Report and analyze business results to CEO

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Must have: good command in English
- Skills: Planning, Market research, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Multi-tasking, Networking.
- Attitude: Highly responsible, Aggressive, Hard-working, Result-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Able to relocate to a Southeast Asian country and live there for at least one year after completing approximately 3–4 months of training at the company
