We're on the lookout for a talented "International Sales Executive" to expand our reach into key international markets, including the USA, Australia, and beyond. If you're skilled in sales, passionate about international business, and have a knack for building relationships, this is your opportunity to shine!

  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in foreign markets (Key markets: USA, Australia, and other high-potential regions).
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Negotiate contracts and sales terms with distributors and retailers.
  4. Provide market feedback and insights to the Sales Manager.
  5. Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Logistics, Production, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Keep the Sales Manager and BOD updated on market and product insights regularly.
  • What We’re Looking For:
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, foreign trade, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international sales (experience with the US, Australia, or other international markets preferred).
  3. Industry Background: Proven sales experience in manufacturing firms, ideally those producing plastics, packaging, fibers, etc
  4. Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one other language.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with incoterms, international trade laws, and regulations.
  6. Communication & Analysis: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  7. English Proficiency: Fluent in English (all four skills).
  8. System Savvy: Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
