- Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in foreign markets (Key markets: USA, Australia, and other high-potential regions).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and sales terms with distributors and retailers.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Logistics, Production, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep the Sales Manager and BOD updated on market and product insights regularly.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, foreign trade, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international sales (experience with the US, Australia, or other international markets preferred).
- Industry Background: Proven sales experience in manufacturing firms, ideally those producing plastics, packaging, fibers, etc
- Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one other language.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with incoterms, international trade laws, and regulations.
- Communication & Analysis: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English (all four skills).
- System Savvy: Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
