Job description for INTERN / PERM - Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) at Recruit Express Pte Ltd
Job Scope
- Developing, coordinating and administering all recruitment process, which includes working with all hiring managers involved.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews of potential candidates.
- Review and evaluate applications for employment;
- Conduct the full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities.
- Drive the recruitment process by actively sourcing for talent in the related fields
- Provide career advice to candidates and clients with regards to current market trend
- Develop strong relationship and work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruitment process;
- Assist in reviewing job description before advertising to various external outlets, and using professional networking sites to identify and source candidates;
- Participating in career fairs and reaching to other entities to promote employment opportunities;
- Responsible for gathering necessary paperwork with the new hires before their start date;
- Other HR related duties as assigned by the Lead Business Partner / Human Resources Managers.
