Instrumentation Engineer (marine & offshore)
Our Instrumentation Engineer position offers you an attractive career opportunity to work on exciting medium to large scale Marine and Offshore projects in our Singapore office.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Instrumentation engineering deliverables including Specifications, Instrument Datasheets, Logic Diagrams etc
- Carryout sizing calculations for Control Valves, Stress Engineering, Flow Meters, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Power Systems
- Preparation of Fire & Gas Detectors & Alarm Device Datasheets
- Provide inputs for Structural Engineer Consultant and review of engineering drawings including Instrument Location Plans, Cable & JB Schedules, Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument Installation Details, Process / Pneumatic Hook-Ups, Interconnection Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, Fieldbus Segment Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagrams
- Produce Systems Vendors’ modifications Scopes of Work documents requested by client appointed FEA Consultancy.
- Attend interface meetings with Clients and Vendors to progress FEA Contact Analysis objective and design scopes
- Review Instrumentation and Control Systems Vendors offers, prepare Vendor Technical Clarifications and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation reports
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Autocad and MS office
