MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers to close sales and achieve sales target.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Upselling products and services, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Proven inside sales experience or experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Track record of over-achieving target
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with SEO and web presentation tools
- Experience working with MS or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- English is must and Chinese speaking is plus
