POSITION: IMPORT & EXPORT INTERN

Internship Duration: 3 Months (with consideration for full-time employment based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on overseas markets, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Gather market data and assist in preparing market insights for business development activities.
• Research import market compliance requirements, including product labeling, packaging, and regulatory standards for different overseas markets.
• Support the team in expo events, trade exhibitions, and business networking activities when required.
• Follow up and coordinate shipment status with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Support preparation and management of import/export documentation and related administrative tasks.
• Assist in communication and coordination with overseas partners and clients.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements
• Final-year student or recent graduate in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of import/export procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online research tools.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
