• Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day-by-day client communication;
• Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensure strategy matching the brief, manage campaign launching and ongoing operations, including market research, budgeting and reporting;
• Establish and manage campaign material production;
• Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties;
• Propose and implement business growth and process improvement;
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels;
• Understand your client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs;
• Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in an agency environment is essential;
• At least 5 years of experience of Account Management in advertising industry;
• Management of integrated campaigns: including creative, branding, content, digital, PR and social;
• Hands-on delivery experience and stakeholder management;
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking; fluent English is a must;
• A pro-active attitude and ready to get stuck in;
• Able to work independently as well as a team-player in a fast-paced environment.
