Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a coordinator between the key account, sales and technological solutions of iKala Cloud. TAM at iKala Cloud helps shape and deliver strategies to build and grow the key account revenue of iKala Cloud. This includes AWS, GCP, tech service and other solutions.
【Responsibilities】
1. Leading the implementation journey.
2. Provide technical guidance.
3. Manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
4. Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers.
5. Drive new feature development.
6. Oversee multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
7. Develop relationships with stakeholders.
8. Understand customers' business, develop strategic roadmaps.
9. Lead regular reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
10. Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to ensure customer success.
11. Work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
【Qualifications】
1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study; or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years experience working with specific technology domains such as Software Development, Systems Engineering, Cloud Computing, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Data, and Analytics.
3. 3+ years of experience designing, implementing or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
4. Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences and executive-level stakeholders and clients.
5. 3+ years experience in enterprise IT applications.
6. 2+ years of hands-on Software Development, Systems Administration, DevOps Engineering, Network Administration, Systems Architecture, IT Security, or other relevant technical disciplines.
7. Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
