Job description for Human Resources Manager at Pt. Citra Kreasi Hutama
- Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Business, Economics, Law, Management, Public Administration and Social Sciences.
- Currently holds the position of HR Manager Min. 3 – 5 years (Priority in retail).
- Experienced in supervising and managing professional staff
- Communication skills both written and verbal and can adapt with the type and character of people including differences in aspects of education, culture, religion, age and work experience.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and explain frameworklaws governing employment.
- Familiar with the use of HR technology such as Human Resources Information Systems ( HRIS )
