Human Resources
- Administer HR operations: attendance, payroll, social insurance, PIT declaration.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor law.
- Drive employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Support training, performance appraisal, and people development programs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administration
- Oversee office administration: stationery, equipment, facilities, vendor management.
- Handle company documents, official letters, and licenses.
- Process and manage legal documents for foreign employees: Work Permit, Visa, TRC.
- Track office expenses, prepare payment requests and admin reports.
- Engagement employees
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 02 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
- Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and foreign labor procedures.
- Strong skills in employee relations and internal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
