Job description for Human Resources and General Affairs at DROPICTS
- Understanding employees’ grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination
- Doing attendance recapitulation for report and payroll.
- Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
- Generate and keep a proper record of the letter of offer, employment contract as well as asset tracking
- Maintain a good and conducive working atmosphere.
- Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
- Plan company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
- Controlling Company’s assets
- Cooperate with OB to maintain the office building.
- Handling tasks related to GA (General Section).

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in Human Resources department for 1-2 years.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player that will make the job easier and more efficien.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of research and product administrative related tasks.
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
