EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME
I. PURPOSE / ROLE : Under the supervision of the Executive Director, The Human Resources and General Affairs Manager strategize and coordinate HR activities to match with the organization objectives and goals.
Annual Planning and Budgeting
β Build and design HR annual workplan and budgeting for ED approval
β Work with all managers and directors on HR budgeting
β Review and monitor HR Workplan implementation and budget spending regularly
β Suggest and propose changes in planning and budgeting based on the progress and issues
β Annual Planning and Budgeting are approved
β Regular reporting on workplan and budget spending
β Proposal for change and improvements
β Conduct regular internal meetings and coordination
β Provide technical and non-technical guidelines and / or problem solving
β Work with individual development planning for each team member
β Regular monitoring and feedback of individual achievements and performance
β Regular coordination meeting
β Regular feedback for individual and team improvement
β Capacity building activities for individual and/or team
Talent Acquisition and Management
β Work with all departments in planning for talent acquisition and development
β Draft and implement SOP and guidelines in talent acquisition and development
β Coordinate the mid-term and annual performance review
β Work with all departments and division for capacity building programs and activities
β Monitor the implementation of SOP and guidelines and provide suggestions for improvements
β Programs and activities are on schedule and objectives are met
β SOPs and regulations are in place, disseminated, and implemented accordingly
β Suggestions and improvements of current SOP and regulations
β Review and propose organizational pay scale and increment
β Review employeesβ salary and provide increment recommendations
β Conduct regular payroll administration with Finance and Administration including BPJS Kesehatan, TK and Tax deduction
β Annual review of pay scale based on the minimum pay
β Recommendation for increment with the justification
β Regular pay administration accurate and on schedule
β Ensure CISDI follows obligatory and relevant policies and law
β Conduct regular report to Departemen Tenaga Kerja RI
β Receive reports and complaints related to ethics issues
β Follow up and recommend follow up actions for the reported cases
β Work with ED on reprimands and final decisions for staff
β CISDI is registered and follow obligatory and relevant policies and law
β Complaints and issues are well documented and followed up
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
β Minimum bachelor degree with Administration, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or other related departments
β More than 5 year experience in similar position
β Knowledge and understanding of labor law and regulations in Indonesia
β Experience in working with talent acquisition and management
β Interest and passion in knowledge sharing, learning, organization development, will be a big plus
