Job Description
· Establish HR best practices and policies
· Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
· Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and able to provide advisory and recommendations on employment practices. Ability to maintain the Staff Handbook and HR Policy Manual and conduct periodic reviews to make improvements.
· Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
· Maintain HR records, conduct on-boarding & off-boarding of employees and process monthly payroll
· Responsible for flight and hotel bookings.
· Manage office administration including reception, office supplies, telecommunication services and office’s assets.
· Seek and compare quotations from various vendors on procurement of office equipment & supplies (as and when required)
· Able to undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
· At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
· At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore
· Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
· Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
· Ability to work closely with various stakeholders
· Ability to exercise discretion and capacity to handle private & confidential issues
· Mandarin speaking preferred as there is requirement to converse with stakeholders in China
