Requirements
- Mahasiswa semester akhir / fresh graduate S1 Psikologi, MSDM, atau jurusan terkait;
- Bersedia magang/internship unpaid selama 3 bulan;
- Bersedia untuk mengikuti internship secara hybrid di Surabaya;
- Memiliki passion pada bidang Psikologi Industri Organisasi diutamakan;
- Memiliki pengalaman menjadi tester, scorer dan wawancara menjadi nilai plus;
- Pribadi yang memiliki semangat tinggi;
- Memiliki laptop pribadi;
- Good documentation skill.
Job Description
- Menampung dan menganalisis kebutuhan SDM Perusahaan;
- Membuat dan mengunggah info lowongan kerja/magang;
- Melakukan end-to-end dari proses rekrutmen (screening lamaran, penjadwalan interview, proses interview dan proses onboarding);
- Screening CV di setiap platform pendaftaran lowongan;
- Membantu memantau proses KPI pada setiap divisi;
- Membantu proses kepersonaliaan.
