1. Merancang perencanaan SDM dalam susunan Man Power Planning setiap tahunnya

2. Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen & seleksi karyawan (job posting, screening, interview, sampai dengan on boarding) Outsource dan Office

3. Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian (cuti, izin dll ) Karyawan

4. Mengelola BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan

5. Menyusun dan mengelola Performance Management karyawan (KPI) secara berkala

6. Menyusun dan mengelola Standar Operating Procedure (SOP) secara berkala

7. Merancang dan mengelola proses pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan

8. Mengelola perancanaan karier & retensi karyawan
9. Mengelola Remunerasi karyawan sesuai skema yang berlaku setiap bulannya ( Absensi, Tabel remunerasi)

10. Menjadi Problem Solver yang baik untuk setiap issue karyawan
